Living Property Decision Workspace: The private, per-buyer space where a Property Decision Dossier lives, evolves and is reviewed.
Property Decision Dossier: The reviewable output of the methodology: known evidence, missing evidence, risks, next actions.
Property Story: The plain-language narrative view composed from the Evidence Graph, preserving every source.
Property Clarity: A measurable state describing how much of the picture is known, reliable and current.
Buyer Readiness: How prepared a buyer is to act, given their situation and the current state of the evidence.
Evidence Graph: The linked model of claims, sources, confidence and gaps behind every dossier.
Source Reliability: The classification of a source into authoritative, professional, structured commercial or unstructured.

Agency Workspace: The agency-facing surface that lets a real-estate agency operate multiple property dossiers under a shared workspace, with per-property Evidence Graphs and controlled sharing with buyers and professionals.
Professional Workspace: The professional-facing surface used by notaries, surveyors, lawyers and tax advisors to answer routed questions and contribute typed evidence back into a dossier, under explicit attribution and reliability tier.
Trust Runtime: The infrastructure category that binds evidence, governance and integrity so any AI or human contribution is reviewable and replayable. STRATAFORM's implementation is TITAN; its atomic output is a Sigil. See /trust-runtime.
TITAN: STRATAFORM's Trust Runtime engine. Takes Knowledge Assets from the Evidence Graph, applies identity, governance and integrity, and emits Sigils consumable by downstream applications.
Sigil: The atomic, portable trust artefact emitted by TITAN. Carries identity, evidence, governance, replay and integrity metadata for a single claim or composed passage inside a Property Decision Dossier.
