Privacy policy

This policy describes how Chainplug Srl ("we") handles personal data on the STRATAFORM.tech technical sandbox. STRATAFORM.tech is a simulation environment: users should not enter real property dossiers, personal identification data or sensitive information into demo areas.

Data we may process

• Contact data you voluntarily provide by writing to us (e.g. email address, message content).
• Technical logs generated by the hosting infrastructure (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for security and reliability.
• No non-essential analytics, advertising, tracking pixels or profiling cookies are used at this stage.
• No forms currently collect personal data on this site. If forms are added, this policy will be updated.

Purposes and legal basis

• Respond to inbound contact — legitimate interest and pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b)/(f) GDPR).
• Operate and secure the sandbox — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Comply with legal obligations where applicable (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Retention

Contact messages are retained only as long as needed to handle the request and for a reasonable follow-up period. Technical logs are retained for a short, security-appropriate window.

Recipients and processors

Data may be processed by infrastructure and hosting providers acting as data processors under written agreements. A full vendor list will be published before any production use of the platform.

International transfers

Where a processor operates outside the EEA, transfers rely on Commission adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses with appropriate supplementary measures.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali). To exercise your rights, contact hello@chainplug.ai.

Simulation notice

Do not submit real property documents, personal identification data or third-party personal data into any demo or simulation area of STRATAFORM.tech. Simulation flows are for illustration only.
