1. Nature of the site
STRATAFORM.tech is an informational and simulation environment operated by Chainplug Srl. It exists to demonstrate technical patterns, API shapes and agent-readiness flows. It is not the STRATAFORM.app production service and does not expose a production API.2. No professional advice, no certification
Nothing on STRATAFORM.tech constitutes legal, tax, notarial, cadastral, mortgage, valuation, technical or professional advice. STRATAFORM does not certify properties, does not decide transactions and does not replace licensed professionals. Human and professional verification remains necessary for any real-world decision.
3. No SLA, no production commitment
The sandbox is provided "as is" and "as available" with no service level, uptime or production commitment. Endpoints, responses and behaviours may change without notice.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not upload or submit real property dossiers, personal identification data, sensitive data or third-party personal data into any demo or simulation area.
- Do not use the site to attempt to attack, disrupt or reverse-engineer the infrastructure.
- Do not scrape, resell or misrepresent simulated outputs as real, certified or authoritative.
5. Intellectual property
Site content, brand marks (STRATAFORM, STRATAFORM.tech, Chainplug), copy, design and code are owned by Chainplug Srl or its licensors. No licence is granted by making the sandbox publicly reachable.6. No reliance
You may not rely on any simulated output for transactional, financial, legal or regulatory decisions. Any such reliance is at your sole risk.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Chainplug Srl is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the sandbox. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
