    Assemble known claims, missing evidence and reliability class. This is where the Evidence Graph takes shape.

  3. STEP 03
    Routing

    Identify which professionals — surveyor, notary, lawyer, tax advisor — should answer which open questions, in which order.

  4. STEP 04
    Dossier

    Compose the reviewable Property Decision Dossier: what is known, what is missing, what to do next, in plain language.
