A property claim inherits the reliability of the source it comes from. STRATAFORM makes that inheritance explicit.
The four classes
- 01AuthoritativePublic registries, notarial deeds, cadastral records, energy performance certificates issued under law.
- 02ProfessionalSurveyor, lawyer, notary and technical records produced under professional responsibility.
- 03Structured commercialListings on regulated marketplaces or from registered agencies, where the publisher is identifiable.
- 04UnstructuredSocial posts, private chats, informal notes. Useful signal, low intrinsic reliability.
Corroboration
A claim's confidence rises when independent sources agree, and falls when they disagree. A single unstructured source is treated as a lead, not evidence.
Why it matters
Because a decision made on the wrong reliability class is not a mistake — it's a foreseeable failure. Making the class visible is the first line of defence.
